OCSS has been advised that phishing e-mails are reportedly being sent to some EPPICard debit cardholders. Phishing is a type of scam designed to steal your personal information. EPPICard will never request your information such as social security number, card number or PIN through e-mail. Please do not respond to email requests for this information. If you believe your card account has been compromised, please call the number on the back of your EPPICard and advise the customer service rep once your call has been connected.
