The Division of Child Support Services is excited to be able to now offer our customers additional self service options. When you call: 1-844-MYGADHS (1-844-694-2347) and select option 1 for DCSS, then select 2 for agent and then select 3 for outreach.
You can access information about
- payment history
- debit card balance
- arrears balance
- court information including date and time
- license suspensions
- your Individual Registration Number (IRN) for portal use
These new options are available at your convenience 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year AND you can access this information without having to wait to speak to a Child Support agent.
Customer Online Services is an interactive Web site that empowers you, the customer, to give or obtain information about your case and find out about payments to your account. The Portal gives you convenient access to your case 24 hours a day. Your local library has a computer you can use if you do not have a home computer.
Would you like to receive an email when a payment is received on your account or be reminded of appointments? If so, please register through Customer Online Services and sign up for case alerts or call your local office and ask to be registered for case alerts or for help with the registration process.
Call your local office if you need your IRN number or Client ID or if you have specific questions about your child support case. Automated information is available 24 hours a day, seven days a week. Customer service representatives are available Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. except on state holidays and furlough days.
Additionally, customers may submit an Email Request. These emails go directly to the State Office where they are processed and distributed on a continuing basis.
